When I called, the guys were at my house not only that same day but, at a time that was convenient for me. They were extremely nice and professional. It was late fall-early spring the year was 2016... I had a monstrosity on my hands, the grass was tall the weeds were crazy!! The leaves it's another story!! I didn't need a botanist, nor can I use a Horticulture ologist!! We had a newly acquired rental property that desperately needed leaf and debris clean up from years of neglect. We contacted Lawncrafters based on reviews and recommendations from friends. We anticipated a few weeks to get on the schedule. We were completely floored when they told us they had a crew in our area that could do it in 2 days. The whole process was extremely fast from initial contact to appointment to work completed on site. The price was extremely reasonable compared to other prices that we got prior to calling them. They showed up on time, they were very efficient and professional. It is evident that the owner and employees take pride in their work. We could not have been happier with the end result and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to everyone!

Frankie and Megan were great to work with as far as introducing me to their company, answering questions, scheduling service and also in follow up. The company was very professional, prompt, and thorough in providing a detailed estimate and in all other aspects from initial contact through their completion of the job. We are very pleased with their service and intend to use them again!

Made an appointment a week ago for today at 11 AM. It is now 2:23 PM and they have not showed up. I have also been calling since 11:30, giving them a half hour to show up, and no one has answered their phones or returned my messages. Horrible customer service.

Update: Was finally contacted at 4 PM. There was a problem with one of their vehicles, so they could not get out. Still unsure on why no one answered their phone, but nonetheless, I rescheduled. Today, the man who came was very polite and the price was reasonable. Will edit again once the lawn is actually mowed.

I love my very wooded lot but the leaves can go up to a foot deep in some places each fall. Lawn Crafters does an excellent job for a reasonable price of removing leaves-even from landscaped beds, bushes, porch, and deck. They have the right equipment and manning and work fast. They do not answer phones or return calls but they do communicate via text and email. Second year using them and I have asked to be on the schedule same time next year.

When we moved in our yard was a MESS, there were trees in random locations throughout the yard, mulch beds full of mulch from years prior, the beds needed leveling, the plants I tried planting didn't take it got out of control way too fast, and we were in dire need of something clean, easy, simple and modern. Billy and his team came in (on the hottest day of the year) and worked tirelessly to lay down a high grade weed tarp to subdue the massive amounts of weeds no human being could ever keep up with, level out the beds add sea grasses for a more manageable landscape option that shows off our house. He's helped us along the way with advice and his teams even mowed a few times for us when my husbands busy schedule gets in the way of upkeep. I can't wait to use Lawncrafters for fall projects this year to get this place where I'd really like to be! The guys are all friendly professional and timely, and always knowledgeable for my incessant questions. They're licensed and insured and their reputation is continuously backed by their Best Of nominations in Coastal Style year to year. I'd highly recommend them!
